Come work alongside Similarwebbers across the globe who are bright, curious, practical, and good people.\nWe are looking for an Equity Manager to join our Team.\nWhat does the day-to-day of an Equity Manager look like:\nEquity focal point for Finance, Legal, and HR aspects.\nAdminister all aspects of the company’s equity plan (including new grants, vestings, exercises, releases, cancellations, forfeitures, ESPP plan, mobility).\nMaintain the integrity of the equity database with the 3rd party Stock Plan Administrator, and manage the day-to-day relationship with that provider.\nOversee the daily activity following exercises and releases, i.e., proper tax withholding, reporting to local payroll, and accurate fund disbursements.\nPerform month-end closing procedures and assist with public reporting according to ASC718 Stock-based Compensation.\nManage all tax aspects in the various jurisdictions related to equity.\nPerform presentations/training sessions to the company’s employees.\nEnsure compliance with statutory requirements and manage SOX controls and blackout periods.\nThis role will include some other responsibilities in the Finance Team outside of Equity.\nWhat should you bring to the table?\nBachelor's degree - preferably in Economics/Accounting/Law or equivalent.\n3+ years of experience with equity management and related aspects.\nVast knowledge of the various equity-related processes.\nDeep knowledge of Finance, Legal, and HR aspects.\nExperience with global equity administration tools.\nPrior work in High-Tech companies.\nExperience with AI tools for Equity and Finance.\nExcellent English.\nKnowledge and experience in Excel (dealing with large databases).\nTeam player, result-driven, willing to make an impact, and highly motivated.\n**At Similarweb, collaborating with our colleagues in-office creates a more connected, unified culture.
