Is capable of leading and working as part of an agile team to design, implement and revise software applications. Writes sleek, performant code in a manner consistent with the team's style and best practices. Collaborates with clients and stakeholders in the development of requirements. Stays abreast of the \"state of the art\" through self and group study. Acts as a mentor to junior staff.\nThe ideal candidate is responsible for design, development, troubleshooting, debugging, integration and implementation of systems in support of the warfighter. The candidate will be responsible for developing application software, debugging and testing application code, coordinating with the development team, constructing test cases, assisting with software documentation, learning new technical tools required for the role, and complying with hardware and software systems standards and procedures. Performs other related duties as required.\nThe candidate performs the following specific assignments:\nDevelop application software\nDebug and test application code\nCoordinate with the development team\nConstruct test cases\nAssist with software documentation\nUse aptitude to learn new technical tools required for the role\nComply with hardware and software systems standards and procedures\nDevelop REST API backends using ASP.NET and/or ASP.NET Core (using C#)\nDevelop in Microsoft ASP.NET (using C#)\nInvestigate, troubleshoot, and design solutions to problems in operational software\n Experience Required:Bachelor's degree in computer science or related field\nMinimum 5 years of job-related experience\nMinimum 2 years of experience developing REST API backends using ASP.NET and/or ASP.NET Core (using C#)\nMinimum 3 years of experience developing in Microsoft ASP.NET (using C#)\n Experience Desired:Experience with a distributed version control system, such as GIT\nExperience with client-side development using JavaScript or TypeScript\nExperience with font-end frameworks such as Vue.js\nProficient with Back End Development in multi-tiered application using platforms such as C#, T-SQL, ASP.Net core & Entity Framework\nExperience developing Unit Tests such as MSTest, xUnit, or nUnit\nExperience with using Microsoft SQL Server\nExperience working in Agile teams such as scrum\nExperience with Agile and DevOps or DevSecOps software development practices, such as Continuous Integration/Continuous Delivery (CI/CD), Test Driven Development (TDD)\n Special
