To support our customer, SimIS, Inc. seeks a Senior Program Manager for Deployable Communications & IT Systems to design, secure, and optimize NATO’s electronic data networks, hardware, and communication infrastructure so they work together as one integrated system.\nQualifications:\nBachelor’s degree in program management, electronic engineering, computer science, telecommunications, systems engineering, information technology, or related field.\nTen (10) years of experience in project management of communications or information systems integration, implementation or operation, using program and project management methodologies.\n3 years of experience working in a multinational military environment.\nMSP, PRINCE2 or PMI certification highly desirable.\n5-10 years of experience managing risk and change management in a complex and interdependent programme environment.\n5 years of experience utilizing qualitative and quantitative techniques to perform project quality reviews and audits.\nMinimum 2 years capturing and interpreting Operational Lessons Identified (LI), identifying potential gaps in capability.\nMSP, PRINCE2 or PMI certification is highly desirable.\nResponsibilities:\nEfficiently deal with issues/changes that arise by using established processes, direction and guidance.\nAccurately and comprehensively capture, assess, and provide situational awareness over any changes to the programme and its projects.\nFacilitate identification and sequencing of activities and milestones.\nContribute to a continuous process of quality improvement.\nThoroughly review Joint Staff Reports, Management Products, and project specifications for clarity and content.\nUtilize qualitative and quantitative techniques to perform programme and project quality reviews and audits.\nSupport the Bi-Strategic Commands (Bi-SCs) in capturing and interpreting Operational Lessons Identified (LI) that are derived from current Operations and Exercises, identifying potential gaps in DCIS capability, and ensuring that revisions to CPPs remain coherent with the broader delivery of NATO CIS Capability.\nProactively identify risks, assess impacts, and develop responses to decrease the probability of negative events and increase the probability of positive outcomes.\nEstablish and maintain the programme risk log based on the Risk
