SimIS seeks a Technical Systems Analyst to provide analytical and technical support for shore-based training systems, focusing on scenario development, system integration, and performance analysis. This position requires strong technical skills and the ability to analyze complex simulation systems and training requirements.\nRequired Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities\nBachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Systems Analysis, or related technical field\nMinimum 4-6 years of experience in systems analysis or military simulation systems\nExperience with scenario development and validation processes\nKnowledge of military training systems and simulation technologies\nTravel required: 25%\nTechnical Skills:Proficiency in simulation system analysis and performance evaluation\nExperience with DIS/HLA simulation standards and protocols\nKnowledge of LUA scripting and scenario development tools\nUnderstanding of system integration principles and methodologies\nFamiliarity with database management and data analysis tools\nExperience with technical documentation and reporting\nStrong problem-solving and analytical thinking abilities\nExperience with requirements analysis and system specification development\nKnowledge of verification and validation processes\nUnderstanding of configuration management principles\nExcellent technical writing and communication skills\nAbility to work with multiple stakeholders and technical teams\nStrong attention to detail and systematic approach to analysis\nAbility to translate operational requirements into technical specifications\nKey ResponsibilitiesConduct technical analysis of simulation systems and training requirements\nSupport scenario development, verification, and validation activities\nAnalyze system performance and identify improvement opportunities\nDevelop technical documentation including specifications and procedures\nSupport configuration management activities and change control processes\nParticipate in technical review meetings and provide analytical input\nConduct system integration studies and compatibility assessments\nAnalyze training effectiveness and
