Building our India Life Sciences - Play an active role in growing our Li fe Sciences practice in India, contributing to knowledge and capability building, team development, and shaping how we collaborate with our global Life Sciences organization.\nStrategy and Data Analysis - Analyze quantitative and qualitative data to solve commercial challenges across pricing and market access, go-to-market strategy, sales, and broader growth topics, translating insights into actionable recommendations. Project Delivery - Take ownership of project workstreams and collaborate with teams to develop analyses, financial models, presentations, and client workshops. Learning and Development - Continue building your consulting, commercial, and Life Sciences expertise through hands-on experience, mentorship, and Simon-Kucher’s extensive training programs.\nJob Requirements: 3-4 years of consulting experience in top tiers is good to have (Fresh graduates would be considered with strong academic record) Strong interest OR prior experience in working with global Healthcare Life Sciences clients, with an understanding of commercial topics such as marketing, pricing, sales, and growth strategy if prior experience Demonstrated ability to analyze and solve complex business problems, using quantitative, conceptual, and analytical skills to develop clear and actionable recommendations Proactive, self-motivated, and comfortable taking ownership while working both independently and collaboratively Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with fluency in English and a strong client-service mindset Strong collaboration and teamwork skills, with an inclusive and empathetic approach to working across cultures, geographies, and globally distributed teams. Strong quantitative capabilities, with proficiency in Excel and experience with analytical and visualization tools such as Power BI, Tableau, or similar platforms.
