This role follows a hybrid working model, with an expectation to work from the office one day per week.\nWe also require flexibility and willingness to travel to client sites as needed, depending on project requirements. The salary for this position ranges from PLN 34 000 to PLN 35 200 gross per month under an employment contract (UoP), depending on the candidate’s relevant experience, skill set, level of expertise and overall fit for the role. Additional factors such as industry background, technical competencies and interview performance may also influence the final offer.\nThe compensation package at Simon-Kucher CBS consists of a gross base salary, a monthly remote work allowance and an annual bonus. Your profile: You have 7+ years of experience in AI Engineering, Machine Learning Engineering, Software Engineering, or Applied AI.\nYou have a university degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Engineering, or equivalent practical experience. You combine strong AI expertise with commercial experience across pricing, sales, marketing, and customer experience. You have experience in leading technical projects and take on ownership of technical solutions.\nYou have strong people leadership experience and enjoy coaching, developing, and growing technical teams. You have demonstrated success in business development, proposal development, and expanding client relationships. You have knowledge of Power Automate or similar workflow automation platforms.\nYou are strong in Python, including API development and integration patterns. You have deep hands-on experience delivering LLM-based solutions (RAG, tool calling, agentic workflows) with LangChain and/or LangGraph or similar AI orchestration frameworks. Experience with Azure ecosystem (AI Foundry, Container Apps, Functions).\nYou communicate clearly in English (C1+) and can align technical decisions with business constraints.
