The IT professionalwill work closely with IT management, business leaders, and other information system partners to ensure enterprise-wide collaboration. This role will be a Technical Leader / Manager and have the following responsibilities for SaaS and On-Premise Enterprise Performance Management (EPM) applications, customer relationships with business staff, application roadmap, etc.\nDuties and Responsibilities\nWorks closely with business users in evaluating solution/technologies to support their needs including working with external vendors with contract agreements.\nAssumes IT ownership of the applications that support Budgeting/Forecasting, Financial Consolidations, Property Valuations, and potentially other verticals.\nLeads the identification, evaluation, and responsible adoption of Artificial Intelligence (AI) capabilities to streamline and automate EPM and related business processes, improve forecasting and decision support, and enhance user productivity.\nCommunicates clearly and effectively with business users and teams through all phases of the software development life cycle.\nWorks closely with IT development, middleware, and infrastructure staff to ensure solutions meet business needs and provide high levels of reliability, performance, and security.\nEnsures adherence to departmental standards, methodology, and policies.\nWorks closely with internal Audit and Cybersecurity teams to minimize risks and ensure compliance.\nProvides routine reports and status updates to IT and business leaders.\nActs as the project manager at times for IT related projects.\nMaintains technology lifecycle tracker and assist in projection of hardware/software upgrades.\nResponds to outage emergencies and coordinates response activities between the business customers, the providers, and IT groups.\nActs as the designated IT point of contact for system providers and chairs meetings with system providers and IT representatives.\nDevelops and maintains the EPM application roadmap, aligning platform enhancements, release planning, and investment priorities with Finance and business objectives.\nOversees data integrity across EPM applications and source systems, including integrations, metadata, validation, reconciliations, and controls that support accurate and timely planning and financial reporting.\nOversees ongoing support of the Infrastructure and Applications. Performs lifecycle management activities.\nJob Requirements\nMinimum of 7+ years of IT experience with a background in managing and operating software solutions from implementation and into support\nExperience working on projects with defined scope, budget, and timelines\nExperience with production support management and troubleshooting\nExperience with full Software Development Life Cycle as well as Agile and Waterfall methodologies\nExperience working with business users to define and prioritize solution support\nExperience evaluating 3rd-party software solution as well as buy vs. build analysis\nExperience working with software vendors and negotiating contracts\nKnowledge of data architecture and business analytics solution support\nKnowledge of diagnosing and determining root cause of system failures/malfunctions\nKnowledge of integration solutions via APIs, file transfers, publish/subscribe, etc.\nHolds a bachelor’s degree in computer science or finance, or possesses equivalent experience\nStrong teamwork and interpersonal skills;
