Duties:\nDevelop and execute the enterprise imaging strategy and roadmap supporting a nationwide network of outpatient imaging centers.\nProvide overall leadership and governance for PACS, VNA, implementations, upgrades, migrations, integrations, and technology transformation initiatives.\nPartner with clinical, operational, physician, and IT leaders to improve imaging workflows, system utilization, and user experience.\nEstablish enterprise standards, policies, procedures, and best practices for imaging systems and operations.\nOversee interoperability and integration efforts involving PACS, RIS, EHR, modalities, image exchange solutions, and third-party applications.\nMonitor system performance, storage, image distribution, and operational metrics to drive continuous improvement and scalability.\nServe as the executive escalation point for critical imaging system issues and ensure timely resolution of operational disruptions.\nLead vendor relationships and technology partnerships to support organizational objectives and service excellence.\nDrive innovation through the evaluation and implementation of emerging imaging technologies, automation, and AI-enabled solutions.\nEnsure compliance with HIPAA, regulatory requirements, cybersecurity standards, disaster recovery plans, and data governance practices.\nSupport acquisitions, de novo center openings, and organizational growth initiatives through enterprise imaging planning and integration activities.\nCollaborate across departments to align imaging technology capabilities with business objectives and patient care goals.\nProvide leadership and direction to PACS and Imaging Informatics teams, fostering a culture of accountability, service excellence, collaboration, and continuous improvement.\nEducation and Experience:\nBachelor's degree in Healthcare Informatics, Information Systems, Radiologic Sciences, Healthcare Administration, Computer Science, or a related field required\n10+ years of progressive experience supporting PACS.\n5+ years of leadership experience managing technical teams, managers, or enterprise imaging functions.\nExperience supporting multi-site healthcare organizations required.\nExperience supporting large-scale outpatient imaging operations with scaled locations strongly preferred.\nDemonstrated success leading enterprise imaging transformations, technology roadmaps, acquisitions, integrations, and organizational growth initiatives.\nSignificant experience managing enterprise vendors, strategic partnerships, and executive stakeholder relationships.\nKnowledge, Skills, and Abilities:\nExpert knowledge of PACS, VNA, enterprise imaging platforms, image exchange technologies, DICOM, HL7, and EHR integrations.\nDeep understanding of imaging informatics, radiology operations, and healthcare technology ecosystems.\nStrong strategic planning and technology roadmap development capabilities.\nDemonstrated ability to lead large-scale enterprise initiatives and complex organizational change.\nStrong financial acumen, including budget management, capital planning, and ROI analysis.\nExceptional leadership and talent development capabilities.\nExcellent executive communication, presentation, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.\nProven ability to influence decision-making and build consensus across all levels of the organization.\nStrong analytical, problem-solving, and operational decision-making skills.\nLeadership Responsibilities:\nLead, mentor, and develop team members to consistently achieve performance goals.\nDeliver timely, constructive feedback, recognizing achievements and addressing performance issues when needed.\nAssess staffing requirements and partner with HR to recruit, hire,
