You’re a Strong Fit If You Have
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Associate’s or bachelor’s degree in healthcare administration, business, or related field preferred
- 5-7 years of progressive experience in radiology, imaging, or healthcare operations
- Prior supervisory or management experience strongly preferred
- Experience with radiology systems such as EXA, RIS, and EMR
- Strong understanding of scheduling, patient access, and multi-modality workflows
- Experience with financial oversight, reporting, and cash handling controls
- Proven ability to manage operational metrics and drive performance outcomes
- Strong communication, leadership, and decision-making skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced healthcare environment
