networking\ninfrastructure.\n\nSupportdirect-to-chip liquid cooling (DLC) environments, including Coolant\nDistribution Units (CDUs), cooling loops, manifolds, hoses, quick\ndisconnects, and associated monitoring systems.\n\nTroubleshootand coordinate response to liquid-cooling alarms, leaks, flow/pressure\nissues, temperature abnormalities, and CDU-related incidents, escalating\nto facilities or engineering teams as required.\n\nMonitorenvironmental and infrastructure conditions including power, cooling,\ntemperature, humidity, and hardware health.\n\nLeadincident response, troubleshooting, root-cause investigation, and\nescalation for critical infrastructure issues.\n\nCoordinateonsite work across engineering, networking, facilities, vendors,\nlogistics, and remote operations teams.\n\nManagetechnician priorities, work assignments, ticket queues, maintenance\nactivities, and shift handoffs.\n\nEnsureaccurate documentation, asset management, change-control procedures,\nSOPs/MOPs, and operational reporting.\n\nEnforcesafety procedures and operational standards when working around\nelectrical, mechanical, and liquid-cooled infrastructure.\n\nWhat We Need to See\n5+years of experience in data center operations, infrastructure, or\nmission-critical environments, including experience leading technicians or\nonsite operations.\n\nStronghands-on knowledge of servers, GPU/compute systems, networking equipment,\nstructured cabling, rack infrastructure, and power distribution.\n\nExperiencesupporting high-density compute and liquid-cooled data center environments\nstrongly preferred.\n\nWorkingknowledge of CDUs, DLC systems, cooling loops, leak detection,\nflow/pressure monitoring, and liquid-cooling operational procedures.\n\nStrongtroubleshooting skills across hardware, network connectivity, power,\ncooling, and environmental infrastructure.\n\nExperiencewith ticketing, DCIM, asset management, change management, and operational\ndocumentation.\n\nAbilityto coordinate multiple technical teams and serve as the primary onsite\nescalation point.\n\nStrongcommunication, leadership, and organizational skills with the ability to\noperate effectively in a fast-paced, 24x7 data center
