The ideal profile should include strong project management experience in application development and/or modernization programs, stakeholder coordination, requirements management, delivery tracking, risk/dependency management, and comfort working in a complex university, healthcare, research, or enterprise environment.\nPOSITION GOAL\nManage key technology projects with the goal of delivering each within scope, on time, and within budget.\nYou are asenior Project Manager with12 - 22 years’ experience and also the following experience:-\n5 - 10 years in SW development using .NET, Microservices\n4- 6 years in Microsoft Azure (with some Azure certification)\nGood experience in MS SQL server along with .NET/C# backend\n3-5 years in Project / Program Management\nWorked in onsite - offshore model in onsite for 3-5 years\nCommunication skills - excellent\nAre used to working with 6 - 7 client stakeholders in a single project / program (e.g. client side Director/VP, Business Users of SW, Product Owner, Architect, QA Lead/QA Director, DevOps and Infra). \nPERFORMANCE RESPONSIBILITIES\n1. *Ability to lead all relevant project stakeholders to define project scope, objectives, and deliverables.\n2. *Assist all departments involved in a project to set realistic goals and ensure technical feasibility of solutions.\n3. *Coordinate resource availability, alignment, and allocation across all departments both technical and non-technical to ensure project success.\n4. *Develop risk management plans and perform risk assessments.\n5. *Develop detailed work breakdown structures, monitor, and track progress against task completion.\n6. *Successfully build and manage relationships with project team members and external partners to the district.\n7. *Develop communication plans and consistently communicate project status to stakeholders in an organized consistent manner. 8. *Lead change management of scope, schedule, and budget.\n9. *Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation.\n10. *Assist in coordinating district-wide events and activities as designated.\n11. *Coordinate the development of and monitoring of budgets, including expenditures related to programs and grants.\n12. Coordinate efforts of personnel outside scope of authority to achieve project goals.\n13.
