enterprise file management processes Perform regression, functional, and system testing across enterprise IT workflows Document defects clearly and work with development to drive resolution Support automation initiatives where applicable to improve QA efficiency Required Qualifications 3-6+ years of experience in QA Engineering with strong Windows ecosystem exposure Hands-on experience with Windows OS (10/11) and Windows Server environments Experience with Microsoft Intune or similar endpoint/device management platforms Strong knowledge of software packaging, installation, and troubleshooting Experience working with virtual machines and virtualization platforms Practical experience with Hyper-V installation, configuration, and support Background in IT Helpdesk or Desktop Support environments Solid understanding of file systems, permissions, and enterprise file management Strong troubleshooting and root cause analysis skills Excellent written and verbal communication skills\nPreferred\nQualifications Experience with test automation tools or scripting (PowerShell preferred) Familiarity with Azure-based environments and cloud-managed endpoints Exposure to security
