Software Engineer – Document Management

• Play a key role in scaling and optimizing document generation.

• Collaborate in a cross-functional, agile team with deep domain expertise.

• Work hands-on with Quadient Inspire to develop and enhance document solutions.

• Contribute across the full lifecycle: analysis, development, testing, and maintenance.

• Partner closely with stakeholders and continuously improve ways of working.

• Understanding of banking systems.

• 5+ years of experience in Java development and related tools.

• Experience with the Springboot platform.

• Strong knowledge of XML and structured data formats.

• Familiarity with testing methodologies and accessibility standards.

• Experience with Quadient Inspire is a plus.

• Exposure to Cobol z/OS or mainframe environments is a plus.

• A relevant academic degree.
