In this role, you will design, build and\nscale advanced software products and services by extensively leveraging cutting\nedge AI tools, LLMs and agentic workflows alongside strong engineering\nprinciples and proven software development practices. \nYou will not\nonly write code; you will fundamentally redefine how software is designed,\narchitected, and delivered, demonstrating a clear edge over traditional\ndevelopment processes. \nExperience in\nfintech and designing complex, high-throughput systems would be highly\npreferred. Alongside your technical contribution, you will provide leadership\nto other engineers, mentor team members, help shape our technical direction and\nwork closely with colleagues across the business to deliver high-impact\nproduct. \nKey\nResponsibilities\nAI-Driven\nEngineering: Extensively leverage AI tools, LLMs, and automated pipelines to\naccelerate design, coding, testing, and deployment, clearly demonstrating\nefficiency and output gains compared to traditional software engineering\nmethodologies.\nComplex\nSystem Architecture: Design, build, and scale robust fintech products and\nenterprise services with a strong focus on security, resilience, and\nperformance.\nTechnical\nLeadership: Lead, mentor, and inspire engineering teams, setting high standards\nfor code quality, architectural integrity, and innovative problem-solving. \nR&D &\nInnovation: Continuously evaluate emerging AI capabilities, frameworks, and\ndeveloper tools to optimise our product development lifecycle. \nWhat we are\nlooking for \nExtensive\nSoftware Engineering Experience: Proven track record of designing and scaling\ncomplex software products, preferably within the fintech or payments\ndomain. \nAI-First\nMindset (Mandatory): Demonstrated expertise in utilising AI coding assistants,\ngenerative AI tools, and automated workflows to build software significantly\nfaster and smarter than conventional methods.
