The ideal candidate should have solid ITSM experience, knowledge of at least two additional ServiceNow modules, and the ability to understand requirements, troubleshoot issues, and deliver high-quality solutions while communicating effectively with clients and stakeholders.\n\nKey Responsibilities : \n\n- Manage ServiceNow platform administration, configuration, and customisation.\n\n- Develop and maintain Business Rules, Client Scripts, UI Policies, Script Includes, and Access Control Lists (ACLs).\n\n- Build and maintain Service Catalog items, Flow Designer workflows, notifications, and email scripts.\n\n- Manage Import Sets, Transform Maps, Update Sets, and REST API integrations.\n\n- Support ITSM processes and contribute to implementations or enhancements across additional ServiceNow modules.\n\n- Troubleshoot technical issues and support incident resolution.\n\n- Understand business and client requirements and translate them into effective ServiceNow solutions.\n\n- Maintain technical documentation and follow development standards and best practices.\n\n- Collaborate with clients, stakeholders, and cross-functional teams to ensure timely delivery.\n\n- Contribute to platform enhancements, testing, and performance improvements.\n\nMandatory Technical Skills : \n\n- ServiceNow Administration\n\n- JavaScript Fundamentals\n\n- Business Rules\n\n- Client Scripts\n\n- UI Policies\n\n- Script Includes\n\n- Access Control Lists (ACLs)\n\n- Service Catalog Development\n\n- Flow Designer\n\n- Notifications and Email Scripts\n\n- Import Sets and Transform Maps\n\n- REST API Integration\n\n- Update Set Management\n\nModule Experience : \n\nMandatory : \n\n- ITSM\n\n- Knowledge of any two additional ServiceNow modules\n\nPreferred : \n\n- Customer Service Management (CSM)\n\nNice to Have : \n\n- HR Service Delivery (HRSD) or additional CSM exposure\n\nPreferred Technical Skills : \n\n- Service Portal Development\n\n- Integration Hub\n\n- Automated Test Framework (ATF)\n\n- Exposure to Performance Analytics\n\nExperience & Certifications : \n\n- 6+ years of hands-on ServiceNow development experience\n\n- ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA) - mandatory\n\n- ServiceNow Certified Application Developer (CAD) - preferred\n\n- Any ServiceNow micro-certification - an added advantage\n\nSoft Skills : \n\n- Incident resolution and troubleshooting\n\n- Requirement gathering and understanding\n\n- Technical documentation\n\n- Client communication and stakeholder coordination\n\n- Analytical thinking and problem-solving\n\nWho Should Attend?
