Traveling usually occurs over a 3-4 day period where company transport is provided.\nYou will be responsible for all technical-related aspects of your area in a fast-growing and ever-expanding company. You will be challenged to provide pump system-related solutions in the form of a proposal based on a variety of variables and requirements.\nPRINCIPAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:\nAssist in selecting and specifying pumps to best meet the customer’s needs.\nCompile technical reports and proposals.\nGuides customers on a technical basis to the appropriate product.\nProvides first-line technical support and consulting for pump applications.\nOn-site assistance with installation of products.\nDo system analysis and fault finding on-site and compile reports with the necessary solutions and root cause analysis.\nAssist Sales representatives in presenting proposed solutions to clients.\nRequired to meet or exceed Customer Support quality assurance standards on a consistent basis.\nREQUIREMENTS FOR THE ROLE:\nMust display a strong mechanical and or process engineering ability.\nAttention to detail\nAbility to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.\nDisplays the ability to organize and maintain various files and sheets.\nExcellent experience with computers and software, especially MS Word and Excel.\nCapable of communicating to a technical or non-technical audience.\nStrong written and verbal communication skills.\nRequires an energetic and driven employee that is a self-starter and can take ownership of all technical related aspects of his area\nEDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE:\nB.Eng or BSc.Eng degree in Mechanical or Process Engineering\n0-2 years of working experience\nPump-related experience will be
