The role develops dashboards, integrates data sources and provides actionable insights across Sales, Operations, Finance, Marketing, Maintenance and Labour, improving decision-making and reducing reliance on manual reporting as the business grows\nRole is based at the Durban Head Office, with travel as required\nDesign, build and maintain Power BI dashboards for operational and commercial reporting\nExtract, integrate and combine data from multiple databases and systems using SQL\nAutomate manual reporting processes to improve accuracy, timeliness and efficiency\nDevelop data models and KPI frameworks for Sales, GP, EBITDA and store performance reporting\nAnalyse POS and transactional data to identify commercial insights and performance opportunities\nCreate and maintain a single source of truth for reporting across the business\nPartner with department heads across Sales, Operations, Finance, Marketing, Maintenance and Labour to understand reporting needs and translate them into actionable dashboards\nCommercially minded with a strong analytical mindset\nSelf-starter, able to build a new capability from the ground up\nStrong stakeholder engagement and communication skills\nREQUIREMENTS:\nDegree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Data Analytics, Statistics or a related field\nPower BI (dashboard design and development)\nSQL and database management tools\nAdvanced Excel (data modelling, advanced functions)\nExperience working with POS / transactional data systems\nExperience within a multi-site retail, QSR or restaurant environment\nExposure to data warehousing / ETL tools and processes\nAdvanced statistical or data modelling techniques\nOwn vehicle and valid drivers
