Will play a key leadership role within the Cloud Engineering team, collaborating with cross-functional technology, security, and product groups to deliver high-performing services to customers, stores, and distribution centers.Requirements\nCloud certifications such as:\nAzure Solutions Architect / Azure DevOps Expert\nAWS Solutions Architect - Professional\nBackground in microservices, distributed systems, or event-driven\nResponsibilities\nCloud Architecture & Engineering\nDesign, build, and maintain scalable, secure, and highly available cloud infrastructure for enterprise retail operations.\nAutomation & DevOps\nDevelop CI/CD pipelines to automate application deployment and infrastructure\nEnsure cloud environments support high-volume retail workloads and seasonal peak performance.\nSecurity, Governance & Compliance\nApply cloud security best practices, monitoring, identity and access management (IAM), and data protection.\nMonitoring & Reliability\nLead troubleshooting and incident response for critical cloud-related\nOptimize cost, performance, and reliability across cloud\nCollaboration & Leadership\nRequires close collaboration with other Business units to deliver effective cloud strategies and deployments.\nWork closely with DevOps, Network, Security, Data, and Application teams to support end-to-end solutions.\nCompetencies\n6+ years of experience in Cloud Engineering, DevOps, or Infrastructure\nExpert-level knowledge of one or more major cloud\nExperience with CI/CD\nSolid understanding of containerization and\nStrong knowledge of networking, load balancing, DNS, VPNs, firewalls, and cloud-native networking.\nFamiliarity with monitoring and logging\nExperience working in large enterprise environments (retail experience advantageous).\nKey Performance Indicators\nCloud Platform Reliability & Availability\nContribution to culture, accountability, engagement, and continuous improvement\nKPI: Maintain 99.9% - 99% uptime across critical cloud workloads.
