& Brand Asset Management\nProduce high-quality creative assets across digital, social, web and print channels for allocated brands.\nEnsure all creative output adheres to brand CI, visual guidelines and business quality standards.\nCollaborate with Marketing Managers to understand campaign requirements, messaging, pricing, CTAs and other critical brief information.\nReview briefs and raise any questions or clarification requirements promptly.\nManage the delivery of creative assets for major campaigns and partner requirements.\nEnsure campaign assets are delivered to stakeholders and partners within agreed timelines.\nMaintain a high level of accuracy and attention to detail across all creative output.\nStakeholder Collaboration & Brief Management\nWork closely with Marketing Managers and internal stakeholders to understand creative requirements and campaign objectives.\nKeep traffic and stakeholders informed of task progress, timelines and any potential delays.\nCommunicate any changes to delivery timelines within 24 hours.\nProactively identify and communicate potential blockers before they impact delivery.\nManage multiple briefs and deadlines effectively within a fast-paced, high-volume Creative Studio.\nConsistently deliver creative briefs within agreed SLA turnaround times.\nInnovation & Creative Development\nDevelop innovative concepts that challenge conventional thinking and elevate creative output and brand perception.\nStay current with design, digital and consumer trends and incorporate relevant insights into creative work.\nContribute creative ideas and concepts for campaigns, new initiatives and special projects.\nParticipate in projects such as website updates, portal redesigns, new brand launches and other strategic creative initiatives.\nDemonstrate a willingness to push creative boundaries while maintaining alignment with brand requirements.\nLearning & Skills Development\nContinuously develop proficiency across design software, including Adobe Creative Suite and Figma.\nResearch emerging design trends, tools, formats and techniques and apply relevant learnings to live projects.\nDevelop knowledge across multiple brands, industries and consumer audiences.\nActively participate in an Individual Development Plan (IDP) and apply agreed development opportunities.\nWork towards increasing of work.\nSupport and share knowledge with colleagues where appropriate.\nQualifications\nMultimedia, Digital Media, Graphic Design or related Degree/Diploma.\nEquivalent relevant qualification or experience may be considered.\nExperience\n3-5 years' proven experience in a Graphic Design, Digital Design or similar role.\nExperience working within a corporate or agency environment.\nProven experience producing creative work across digital, social, web and print.\nExperience working across multiple brands, industries or consumer audiences.\nA strong portfolio demonstrating the breadth and quality of your design work.\nTechnical Skills\nProficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, including relevant applications such as Photoshop, Illustrator and InDesign.\nStrong Figma skills.\nGood understanding of web design principles and digital platform specifications.\nStrong understanding of digital and social media design requirements.\nAbility to adapt creative assets for different
