You’ll work across our omnichannel platform - including e-commerce, mobile, point-of-sale and the integrations that connect these experiences to core retail and wholesale systems.\nWhat you’ll be doing\nOwn assigned software projects from scoping, planning and estimation through execution, risk management and release.\nManage scope, capacity, timelines and delivery priorities, removing obstacles before they impact commitments.\nBuild, structure and resource the engineering team; coach, develop and hold team members accountable for delivery.\nEnsure the team consistently follows agreed architecture, engineering, security, quality and release standards.\nDrive delivery against the technology roadmap for e-commerce, trade-in, POS and ERP/OMS/WMS/CRM integrations.\nPromote strong Agile and DevOps practices, including CI/CD, quality gates, code review and release governance.\nPartner with stakeholders to translate business goals into clear, deliverable technical work and communicate risks and dependencies early.\nCoordinate readiness for peak-trading periods and major product launches across supported markets.\nThe environment you’ll lead\nOmnichannel platforms: e-commerce, mobile and POS\nRetail/wholesale integrations: ERP, OMS, WMS and CRM\nAgile delivery, CI/CD, engineering quality gates and release management\nCapacity planning, technical debt and operational excellence\nWhat we’re looking for\nDegree in Computer Science or a closely related field, or equivalent practical experience.\n8+ years in a technical role, including substantial experience leading software development teams and integrations.\nProven experience running software projects independently from planning through delivery.\nStrong people leadership, resource planning and performance-management capability.\nAbility to interpret and enforce technical and architectural standards.\nStrong communication, problem-solving and escalation-management skills.\nAdvantageous\nRetail, e-commerce, POS or omnichannel experience.\nExperience delivering through high-demand events such as product launches and peak trading.\nFamiliarity with Agile/DevOps tooling, CI/CD pipelines and delivery tracking tools such as ClickUp.\nWhat will make you successful\nYou are a delivery-focused leader who can simplify complexity, create clarity for a team and take accountability for both the people and the outcome.\nHow we work\nWe value customer focus, getting things done, teamwork, innovation, integrity, passion and embracing differences.
