end-to-end recruitment process\nConduct employee onboarding and orientation to integrate new hires smoothly into the company culture\nImplement HR policies and procedures to ensure consistency and compliance with relevant legislation\nServe as a point of contact for employee queries, addressing concerns related to policies, benefits and workplace issues\nDrive performance management processes, including goal-setting, performance reviews and development plans\nManage employee relations matters including disciplinary hearings, grievances and dispute resolution, ensuring fair and consistent application of policy\nRepresent the company at the CCMA where required\nAct as a strategic HR business partner to line managers and department heads\nAssist in the development and execution of training programs aimed at employee growth and development\nAnalyse employee performance metrics and provide recommendations for improvement initiatives\nFacilitate employee engagement activities and promote a positive organisational culture\nSupport the payroll team with benefits administration, ensuring accurate processing and compliance with relevant regulations\nCANDIDATE PROFILE\nQualifications & Experience\nA relevant degree in Human Resources or related field\nDemonstrable experience in a human resources role, with a focus on recruitment, employee relations, and performance management\nProven experience representing an organisation at the CCMA, with sound knowledge of conciliation and arbitration processes\nStrong understanding of South African labour laws (including the LRA and BCEA) and HR best practices\nExperience in an HR business partnering capacity, with the ability to advise and influence line managers on people-related decisions\nExcellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build relationships at all levels of the organisation\nProven track record in conflict resolution and problem-solving within a workplace
