This role is central to the implementation, monitoring, and optimization of business information systems, ensuring that senior leadership has access to accurate, data-driven insights for strategic decision-making.\nKey Performance Areas:\nBusiness & Performance Reporting: Prepare and maintain daily, weekly, and monthly performance reports, consolidating both financial and non-financial data from multiple departments.\n\nKPI Tracking & Analysis: Track Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) across the organization, analyzing trends and variances against targets to highlight risks and opportunities.\n\nManagement & Board Reporting: Develop comprehensive monthly management packs and board/committee reporting documents, ensuring 100% accuracy and confidentiality.\n\nSystems Optimization: Support the enhancement of reporting processes and the effective utilization of business intelligence tools.\n\nProject Support: Assist in planning and implementing projects related to business systems, operational improvements, and business transformation initiatives.\n\nData Integrity: Ensure the consistency and timeliness of all business information used for operational and strategic decision-making.\n\nRequirements:\nEducation: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, Data Analytics, Finance, Economics, or a related field.\n\nExperience: Minimum of 3 years of experience in business analysis, data analysis, or a related reporting role.\n\nTechnical Skills: Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel (dashboards, pivot tables, complex formulas) and strong PowerPoint presentation skills.\n\nAdvantageous: Experience with data visualization tools such as Power BI or Tableau.\n\nAttributes: Exceptional analytical skills, professional integrity, and the ability to communicate complex data effectively to senior management.\n\nLocation: Based in Mauritius.
