a working understanding of Dynamics 365 Finance & Supply Chain deployment concepts and architecture.\n\nProvide technical guidance to internal team members and share best practices.\n\nCoordinate and manage third-party vendors and hosting providers.\n\nCollaborate with ERP consultants, developers, project managers, and clients to provide technical input on planning and solution design.\n\nEnsure ERP environments adhere to security, patching, and compliance best practices.\n\nOversee access controls, environment segregation, and audit readiness.\n\nMaintain comprehensive technical documentation, standards, and operational procedures.\n\nMinimum Requirements:\nMinimum 5-8 years in a technical role supporting ERP or enterprise-grade systems.\n\nProven track record working across customer-facing, multi-environment landscapes (On-prem, hybrid, and cloud).\n\nExperience managing or coordinating internal resources and third-party vendors.\n\nERP Systems: Strong, vendor-agnostic ERP software platform experience (knowledge of deployments similar to Epicor Kinetic).\n\nCloud & Infrastructure: Microsoft Azure (hybrid concepts) and IIS.\n\nOperations: Enterprise application deployment, scaling, operational support, and infrastructure security/compliance.\n\nPreferred: Tertiary qualification in IT, Computer Science, or a related field.\n\nAdvantageous: Relevant
