We hire because we are growing.\nThe Data Migration Engineer is responsible for planning and executing the end-to-end transformation and migration of large, complex datasets across differing source and target platforms. This role carries direct responsibility for data extraction, validation, and reconciliation within high-scrutiny, government-linked environments - safeguarding data integrity, traceability, and audit compliance throughout every phase of the migration lifecycle. \nWhat You'll Do\n1. Migration Stratefgy & Goverance\nPlan and strategize the end-to-end data transformation and migration approach for large, complex datasets across differing source and target platforms. \nEstablish and enforce data migration standards, governance, and documentation across project implementations. \n2. Data Extraction, Validation & Reconciliation\nLead the extraction, validation, and reconciliation of production data, working directly within high-scrutiny, government-linked environments. \nTroubleshoot and resolve complex data discrepancies arising during migration and validation. \n3. Cutover & Execution\nCoordinate mock runs, trial loads, and final cutover execution, ensuring data integrity is maintained throughout. \n4. Compliance, Traceability & Performance\nEnsure strict data traceability and compliance with audit requirements throughout the migration lifecycle. \nMonitor and optimize database performance and availability during and after migration, ensuring service levels are met and implementing improvements when needed. \n5.
