We hire because we are growing.\nWhat You'll Own\nBuild and own backend services and frontend interfaces - from the API and business logic all the way through to what the user actually sees\nTake features from 0 to 1 when there's nothing there yet, and confidently improve systems that already exist\nBuild the integration layer that lets different systems - and in some projects, different business units / organizations - talk to each other and share data reliably\nTake real ownership through deployment and monitoring - not just “write code and hand it off”\nWork closely with PMs, designers, BAs, and QA to turn requirements into shipped, tested, working software\nWhat You'll Bring\nMust-Have\nWe're hiring across levels - from around 3 years to 8+ years of experience.
