We hire because we are growing.\nRole Purpose\nThe Business Analyst is the bridge between business intent and delivered technology. You will lead discovery, shape requirements into a workable backlog, and stay with the solution through build, test and adoption - making sure what gets delivered actually solves the problem and gets used. This is a client-facing consulting role on live digital and AI-enabled transformation programmes, largely for Singapore Public Sector and large enterprise clients.\nWhat You'll Own\nAs a Senior Business Analyst, you will play a client-facing consulting role driving business transformation on SaaS and digital platforms. You will:\nDiscovery & Transformation OpportunitiesLead discovery workshops to identify pain points, map user journeys, and define transformation opportunities.\n\nRequirements & Agile BacklogShape requirements into clear Agile user stories and product backlogs, working closely with Product Owners, Architects, and Developers.\n\nAI & Automation-Led Process ReimaginationLeverage Generative AI and automation to reimagine processes, accelerate delivery, and create smarter digital workflows.\n\nFull Lifecycle DeliveryDrive projects through the full lifecycle: Discovery, Design, Build, Test, Implementation, and Adoption.\n\nBusiness & Technology BridgeAct as the bridge between business and technology, ensuring solutions deliver measurable business value.\nContribute to business process re-engineering and operating model redesign as part of SaaS- and AI-enabled transformations.\n\nAI-Assisted Delivery\nWe deliver with an in-house AI workbench that pairs practitioners and AI across the lifecycle. As a BA you'll use it to:\nRefine stories and pressure-test acceptance criteria, surfacing gaps, ambiguities and dependencies early.\nAccelerate process documentation, journey maps and requirement traceability.\nSupport risk-based test design and coverage analysis alongside QA.\nAI accelerates the work; you own the judgement, the client relationship and the outcome.\nWhat You'll Bring\nMust-Have\n4 - 10 years of business analysis or consulting experience delivering enterprise application, SaaS or digital transformation projects.\nProven track record across the full delivery lifecycle - discovery, design, build, test, implementation and adoption.\nStrong Agile delivery experience (Scrum, SAFe or hybrid): writing user stories, defining acceptance criteria, and supporting backlog prioritisation.\nExcellent facilitation and communication skills - able to run workshops with senior stakeholders and frontline users alike.\nSolid consulting toolkit: stakeholder management, problem structuring, business process re-engineering, and business case development.\nComfortable working with AI-assisted delivery tooling to accelerate analysis, documentation and quality review.\nExperience delivering for Singapore Public Sector or large enterprise clients.\nGood-to-Have\nHands-on exposure to one or more of ServiceNow, Microsoft Power Platform, OutSystems, UiPath, AWS or Databricks.\nExperience shaping requirements for agentic AI, RAG or intelligent automation solutions.\nBackground in service design, journey mapping, or operating model redesign.\nCertification in Agile / Scrum (e.g. CSM, PSPO, PMI-ACP) or business analysis (e.g. CBAP).\nFamiliarity with Jira, Confluence and Azure DevOps.\nNot for You If\nThis role is not a fit if:\nYou prefer writing requirements documents over sitting with users and engineers to work problems out.\nYou see AI tooling as a threat to the craft rather than part of how analysis gets done.\nYou want a pure documentation role without accountability for whether the solution lands.\nYou are uncomfortable being client-facing or leading workshops with senior stakeholders.\nWhy SimplifyNext\n\nOne Team, Not Siloed Offerings\n\nApps, automation, and AI aren't separate teams here - you'll work across all three as one connected practice, not get boxed into a single lane.\n\nAI in Our DNA, Not Bolted On\n\nRegardless of platform, every specialist here is AI-enabled by design, powered by our own in-house AI workbench that pairs humans and AI from discovery to testing.\n\nFuture-Proof Your Career\n\nTech trends come and go - today's hot platform is tomorrow's afterthought.
