managers, and engineering leadership.\n\n- Monitor quality metrics and provide actionable insights to engineering stakeholders.\n\nRequired Skills : \n\n- 12 to 16 years of experience in Software Development in Test, Quality Engineering, Test Automation, or Software Engineering.\n\n- Strong hands-on expertise in Python programming.\n\n- Extensive experience designing and developing automation frameworks.\n\n- Strong experience with UI automation for React.js applications.\n\n- Strong experience with API automation and RESTful services.\n\n- Extensive experience with AWS-based applications and cloud testing.\n\n- Strong understanding of distributed systems, microservices, databases, and web technologies.\n\n- Experience with CI/CD tools and integrating automated tests into deployment pipelines.\n\n- Strong understanding of software testing methodologies and quality engineering practices.\n\n- Experience with functional, regression, integration, end-to-end, performance, and API testing.\n\n- Strong experience with defect management, root-cause analysis, and quality metrics.\n\n- Excellent understanding of Agile and DevOps practices.\n\n- Strong technical leadership, mentoring, communication, and problem-solving skills.\n\nPreferred Skills : \n\n- Experience with tools/frameworks such as PyTest, Selenium, Playwright, Cypress, or similar.\n\n- Experience with AWS services such as EC2, S3, Lambda, ECS/EKS, RDS, CloudWatch, and API Gateway.\n\n- Experience with Docker and Kubernetes.\n\n- Experience with performance testing tools such as JMeter, Locust, or similar.\n\n- Experience with Git and CI/CD platforms.\n\n- Exposure to test automation using AI-assisted testing approaches.\n\n- Experience designing enterprise-scale quality engineering platforms
