Reporting to the Senior Manager, Supply Planning - APAC, this role offers broad exposure across Supply Planning, Demand Planning, Procurement, Manufacturing and Logistics.\nActing as the link between planning systems and supply chain execution, you'll help translate demand requirements into achievable supply plans while maintaining planning system integrity, inventory targets and service objectives. You'll also identify planning exceptions, resolve master data and system issues, and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives that enhance planning effectiveness across the business.\nWhat you will do\nMaintain and optimise supply planning parameters within ERP and planning systems to support inventory, service and operational objectives\nPartner with Supply, Demand and Commercial teams to manage inventory health, shelf-life rotation and inventory resolution activities\nGenerate, review and manage supply plans to ensure alignment with demand forecasts and network constraints\nMonitor planning system outputs, identify exceptions and coordinate the resolution of supply, inventory and data issues\nManage planning master data, including lead times, sourcing rules, safety stock settings, planning calendars and reorder parameters\nAnalyse supply chain performance data and provide insights to improve inventory health, service levels and planning accuracy\nSupport planning effectiveness through reporting, KPI tracking, S&OP/IBP activities, continuous improvement initiatives and system enhancement opportunities\nAbout you\nExperience in supply planning, inventory planning, materials planning or a related supply chain role\nStrong understanding of supply chain planning processes, particularly MRP, inventory management and planning parameters\nExperience with ERP, planning or scheduling systems (knowledge of PRMS, SCP or JDE will be highly regarded)\nExposure to SQL, Oracle databases, SCP application support or planning system administration will be advantageous\nAdvanced Excel skills, with strong analytical capability and confidence working with planning data\nStrong attention to detail and the ability to identify exceptions and resolve issues\nStrong communication and influencing skills, with the ability to build effective stakeholder relationships\nA curious, proactive mindset with a focus on continuous improvement\nReady to Make an Impact?\nJoin a collaborative team where you'll play a key role in improving planning performance, inventory outcomes and supply chain effectiveness.\nApply today and take the next step in your supply chain career.\nApplications close 9th October 2026.
