This position offers a unique variety of work, combining truck driving, equipment operation, fertilizer blending, inventory management, and facility support.\nNo two days are exactly alike. One day you may be delivering product to a grower, and the next you might be operating blending equipment, assisting with inventory, or helping maintain the fleet and facility. If you enjoy staying busy, working outdoors, and being part of a team that supports agriculture, we'd love to hear from you.\nWhat You'll Do\nSafely Deliver Products to Customers\nLoad, transport, and deliver fertilizer and crop input products to customer locations using a variety of commercial vehicles.\nSafelytransport bothhazardous and non-hazardous materials while complying with all state and federal DOT regulations.\nCompleterequired pre-trip and post-trip inspections, driver logs, and transportation documentation.\nProperly utilize HAZMAT placarding when required.\nProvide exceptional customer service while representing the company in the field.\nSupport Fleet and Equipment Operations\nHelp maintain company trucks, trailers, forklifts, and other assigned equipment.\nMonitor vehicle condition, including fluid levels, tire wear, tire pressure, and overall operational readiness.\nAssist with scheduling routine maintenance and required inspections.\nHelp keep vehicles and equipment clean, safe, and professional in appearance.\nIdentify maintenance needs and communicate issues promptly.\nAssist with Facility and Operational Activities\nOperate fertilizer blending systems and support product mixing operations.\nAssist with inventory management, product storage, and related recordkeeping.\nCalculate application and blending amounts to ensure product accuracy.\nOperate equipment such as forklifts, skid steers, and other material-handling equipment.\nSupporta varietyof daily operational tasks that help keep the location running efficiently.\nWork as Part of a Team\nAssist with special projects and seasonal business needs.\nParticipate in training and development opportunities.\nProvide backup support across the location as needed.\nCollaborate with team members to ensure customers receive excellent service and support.\nWhat Will Help You Succeed\nWe're looking for someone who enjoys a variety of work, values safety, and takes pride in supporting both customers and teammates.\nSuccessful candidates often have:\nKnowledge of basic farm equipment and agricultural operations.\nThe ability to move between different responsibilities throughout the day, such as blending products, loading trucks, delivering products, and supporting facility operations.\nStrong attention to detail and a commitment to safety.\nThe ability to accurately and safely operate heavy equipment, including semi-trucks, trailers, sprayers/applicators, forklifts, and other agricultural equipment.\nBasic computer skills, including experience with Microsoft Office, Outlook, and mobile applications.\nThe ability to learn and navigate company systems and software.\nStrong verbal and written communication skills with customers, management, and team members.\nA positive attitude, strong work ethic, and willingness to help where needed.\nWhat You'll Bring\nEducation\nHigh school diploma or GED.\nExperience\nOne year or more of related experience and/or training preferred.\nLicenses & Certifications\nValidClass A Commercial Driver's License (CDL).\nRequiredendorsementsto transport hazardous materials and chemical products.\nEquipment Experience\nAbilityto safelyoperate or learn to operate equipment such as:Tender trucks\nTankers\nHopper trucks\nTractor-trailers\nForklifts\nSkid steers\nAgricultural sprayers/applicators\n\nPhysical & Work Environment Requirements\nAgriculture doesn't always operate on a traditional schedule, especially during planting, growing, and harvest seasons.
