This will involve devising and providing recommendations to address a wide range of issues and problems and helping to meet the compliance obligations and business goals around the company.\nKey Responsibilities\nResponsible for managing direct tax compliance, tax planning, audits, financial reporting, budgeting, and regulatory compliance. Key duties include preparing and filing tax returns, TDS/TCS returns, tax audits, transfer pricing reports, advance tax calculations, handling tax assessments and litigation, maintaining statutory records, and ensuring compliance with direct and indirect tax laws. The role also supports financial planning, budgeting, internal controls, insurance renewals, audit coordination, and management reporting.
