  • Liaise with manufacturing teams to support product quality and raw material supply requirements
  • Coordinate with logistics partners to ensure crops and materials are delivered on time
  • Maintain accurate crop, operational and seasonal activity records
  • Contribute to food safety, quality, environmental and workplace health and safety objectives
  • Support broader Raw Procurement projects and seasonal activities as required

About You

  • Possess a 100% commitment to workplace safety
  • Agricultural experience or a strong agricultural background is essential
  • A tertiary qualification in Agricultural Science, Agronomy or a related discipline will be highly regarded but is not essential
  • Sound understanding of general farming principles and crop production practices
  • Experience in irrigation management or irrigation systems will be highly regarded
  • Strong communication and relationship management skills, with the ability to work effectively with growers and internal stakeholders
  • Well-developed planning, organisational and problem-solving abilities
  • Ability to work independently while managing multiple priorities in a dynamic seasonal environment
  • Current unrestricted Driver's Licence
  • Willingness to travel regularly throughout regional and western NSW, with occasional travel to Queensland
  • Willingness to undertake a pre-employment medical assessment, including urine-based drug and alcohol screening
