This role ensures leads are reviewed, qualified, routed, and progressed accurately through defined processes.\nWorking closely with Marketing, Sales, and Channel teams, the Lead Development Coordinator helps maintain lifecycle consistency, routing accuracy, and campaign follow through to support efficient lead management and funnel progression across global markets. This is a highly operational role focused on process execution, data accuracy, and cross-functional coordination.\nKey Responsibilities\nLead Lifecycle & Qualification Support\nReview and validate inbound inquiries, sample requests, and marketing-generating leads\nSupport progression of leads through lifecycle stages from inquiry → Marketing Qualified Lead (MQL) → Sales Accepted Lead (SAL) → Sales Qualified Lead (SQL) based on defined criteria\nCheck lead completeness, basic qualification readiness, and account alignment\nEnsure required fields, statuses, and data standards are consistently applied\nAssist with lead conversion and account association in Salesforce\nRouting & Assignment Support\nExecute established lead routing processes across sales, distributors, brokers, and regional teams\nIdentify and flag routing issues such as duplicates, missing information, or ownership gaps\nSupport resolution of routing exception in partnership with leadership\nHelp maintain SLA tracking and follow-up visibility\nOutbound Campaign Support\nAssist with execution of coordinated outbound motions aligned to global and regional marketing campaigns\nSupport target list validation and basic segmentation checks\nEnsure outbound leads are properly entered, tracked, and routed in the CRM\nHelp monitor campaign follow-up and engagement activity\nEscalate gaps in execution or data consistency\nData Quality & Customer Relationship Management (CRM) Support\nMaintain data accuracy through lead validation, enrichment, and cleanup activities\nIdentify incomplete or inconsistent data and take corrective action\nSupport adherence to CRM standards, required fields, and naming conventions\nAssist with duplicate record identification and cleanup efforts\nPartner with Operations for ongoing data quality improvements.\nReporting & Process Support\nSupport basic reporting on lead volumes, routing activity, and lifecycle status\nHelp monitor lifecycle queues and aging reports\nFlag trends or issues impacting lead flow or follow-up\nContribute to team process improvements and operational updates\nTypical Education\n\nBachelor's Degree (B.A. or B.S.) from 4 year college or university\n\nRelevant Experience\nMinimum of 3 years of relevant experience and/or training\nExperience working with CRM systems, such as Salesforce or HubSpot\nStrong proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook\nOther Information\nManage multiple priorities, strong attention to detail, and the ability to work across business and company groups will be mandatory. Knowledge of marketing principles, market research, and business acumen. Marketing experience within the agricultural industry a plus.
