We are a true farm-to-table company with an integrated portfolio including food processing and food brands, phosphate mining, fertilizer manufacturing, farming, ranching and cattle production, and other enterprises related to agriculture.\nSummary\nUnder general supervision, this role is responsible for executing a range of operational tasks critical to agronomic service delivery and facility performance, including:\nSafe and efficient transportation of agricultural inputs (fertilizers, chemicals) to customer locations in compliance with DOT regulations\nRoutine and preventive maintenance of mechanical systems, application machinery, and plant infrastructure\nAccurate blending and handling of bulk and packaged fertilizer materials per formulation specifications and safety protocols\nThis position requires mechanical aptitude, attention to detail, and a strong commitment to operational safety and agronomic service standards.\nKey Responsibilities\nLoad and deliver fertilizers and chemicals to customers locations in compliance with safety and transport regulations\nOperate equipment to accurately blend fertilizer.\nReceive, unload, and organize incoming product shipments; maintain accurate warehouse inventory\nConduct general maintenance and housekeeping of plant equipment and facilities\nSupport miscellaneous operational needs including special projects, attending company-provided training, and providing cross-functional backup as required\nTypical Education\nHigh school diploma or General Education Degree (GED).\nRelevant Experience & Key Skills\nOne or more years of related experience in agricultural operations, equipment operation, or facility/warehouse work.\nWorking knowledge of basic farm equipment, agricultural practices, and local geography (roads, farms, field access points).\nAbility to perform multiple tasks in sequence, such as blending products, loading trucks, and completing deliveries.\nAble to troubleshoot issues and make quick, practical decisions\nComfortable with basic math and accurate counting\nWorks well with others and communicates clearly\nRequirements\nValid Class A Commercial Driver’s License (CDL) required.\nMust have or be willing to obtain the following Endorsements upon hireHazmat Endorsement\nTanker Endorsement\nDoubles/Triples Endorsement\n\nMust be able to lift minimum 50lbs\nMust be willing and able to work Ag Industry hours as seasonal needs dictate, which may include:early mornings\nlate evenings\nweekends\nholidays\n\nAdditional Information\nCombination of education, training and/or experience will be considered for this position\nThis role does not offer relocation support; candidates must be local or willing to relocate independently.\nDisclaimer: This job description outlines the general nature and level of work performed by individuals in this role.
