As the first point of contact for day-to-day support and guidance, you'll help onboard and develop team members, share best practice, provide in-field coaching, and work closely with the State Field Manager - Northern to drive team capability and execution excellence.\nWith 35 hours per week, this role offers a consistent, structured workload, ideal for someone who enjoys being active and highly engaged throughout their week.
