The incumbent will maintain inventory records, perform stock transactions in ERP, coordinate with internal stakeholders, and ensure compliance with company SOPs, food safety standards, and regulatory requirements. The role supports the Stockroom Supervisor in achieving inventory accuracy, operational efficiency, and effective warehouse management.\nKey Responsibilities\nKey Responsibilities for Stockroom Coordinator\nManage material receiving, storage, preservation, issuance, and inventory transactions as per SOP.Perform ERP transactions, GRN processing, and maintain accurate documentation and records.\nSupport daily stock control, inventory reconciliation, cycle counts, FIFO compliance, and traceability.Monitor stock levels and report shortages, discrepancies, and operational issues to the Stockroom Supervisor.\nAssist in warehouse operations, housekeeping, GMP, food safety, and safety compliance activities.Support audits, physical stock verification, pallet inspections, and RGP/NRGP documentation.\nCoordinate with Procurement, Engineering, Maintenance, Production, and Quality teams for material requirements.\nAssist in training, orientation, and supervision of warehouse associates and contractors.Ensure PPE compliance and adherence to statutory, safety, and operational requirements.\nIdentify slow-moving and obsolete inventory and provide operational support to the Stockroom Supervisor.\nTypical Education\nDesired Candidate Profile\nBachelor’s degree in science, Commerce, Engineering, Supply Chain, Material Management, or related discipline.\nDiploma/Certification in Stores, Material Management, Logistics, or Supply Chain Management preferred.\nRelevant Experience\n2 to 4 years of relevant experience in stores, warehouse, inventory management, or engineering stores.\nWorking knowledge of ERP systems, preferably SAP.\nGood knowledge of inventory management, stock control, FIFO, GRN processing, and warehouse operations.\nFamiliarity with GMP, HACCP, FSSAI, 5S, and safety requirements.\nGood communication skills in Hindi and English.\nStrong attention to detail and record-keeping capabilities.\nHigh level of integrity and accountability.\nRequired Certifications\nOther Information\nHands on experience in inventory control and computerized inventory systems\nKnowledge of warehouse and transport operations\nFMCG exposure\nOverall Supply Chain knowledge gained through certification\nAccounting / Clerical background advantageous\nFamiliar with or capable of learning the JDE system\nAdvanced computer literacy across MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, Power Point and Outlook)\nJob Requisition ID: 27855\nTravel Required: Less than 10%\nLocation(s): GF Plant - Ahmedabad\nCountry: India\n** JRS India Corporation Pvt Ltd is proud to be an Equal Opportunity Employer and will consider all qualified applicants for employment without regard to race, color, religion, national origin, ancestry, age, sex, gender, gender identity, gender expression, genetic information, physical or mental disability, medical condition, sexual orientation, military or veteran status, marital status, or any other protected status.
