Regardless of scale, Simpluris’ project management experts deliver legal administration services with speed, precision, and accountability.\nAbout the Role:\nThis Project Coordinator position supports Project Managers and/or Program Managers in the Client Services department, specifically in Settlement or Notice Administration. In supporting overall project execution, the Project Coordinator will partner with several internal operational groups including: Contact Center, Claims Processing, Data Services, Disbursements, Print & Mail Services, and Website and Software Development.\nDay to Day:\nContinually track and deliver on-time, required project deliverables, ensuring Simpluris quality standards are met.\nAppropriately identify risks and immediately escalate to the Project/Program Manager along with proposed solutions, if necessary.\nFoster good working relationships with operational groups to ensure clear lines of communication as it relates to project execution and project deliverables.\nResearch client and claimant inquiries and communicate findings to clients, claimants, and/or other operational groups.\nIdentify and communicate any process issues with Project Manager, others in the project team, and operational groups, as appropriate.\nProvide detailed project reporting, and perform analysis and quality control of all client reports.\nDraft project-related documents, including but not limited to: timelines, website content, contact center agent scripting, court declarations, claimant notices and letters, and internal procedures for various operational groups.\nOther duties as assigned.\nWhat you bring to the table:\n(Preferred) 1+ year of Settlement Administration industry experience or relevant legal services or legal industry experience with direct client/customer contact in a professional environment\nExcellent verbal and written communication with critical thinking skills and the ability to quickly and efficiently gather and process information\nExperience with MS Office Suite, specifically Word, Excel, and Outlook\nIn keeping with our beliefs and goals, no employee or applicant will face discrimination or harassment based on race, color, ancestry, national origin, religion, age, gender, marital domestic partner status, sexual orientation, gender identity, disability status, or veteran status.
