Learn more at simpplr.com.\nThe Opportunity\nAs a company that is undergoing significant growth, Simpplr is seeking to hire a Senior Project Manager in its Implementation function working with Commercial, basic Enterprise as well as complex Enterprise customers. You will bring experience in both waterfall and agile delivery methodologies, a strong understanding of SaaS platforms and ideally PMI/PMP or Agile certification. You feel comfortable working in a fast-paced environment, transforming ambiguity into clarity, working to tight deadlines and taking calculated risks. You enjoy working in a supportive environment, value the contribution of others and are both confident and humble. \nYour Job Responsibilities\nWhat you will be doing:\nWork as a team member with Simpplr Implementation Consultants, Implementation Engineers and other cross functional teams\nWork directly with customers and prospects in defining scope of projects\nDevelop project plans for both standard and custom projects\nManage the project portfolio assigned to you\nManage the project schedule, budget, issues and risks\nTrack project KPI’s and project work effort\nReport at the project and your portfolio level\nManage customer expectations\nTrack and manage project work effort\nProvide assistance with project plan-related questions for less experienced teammates\nYour Skillset\nWhat makes you a great fit for the team:\n3-5 years of Project Management experience or comparable work experience\nWorked in a high-growth startup environment\nManaged projects under both waterfall and agile methodologies\nBuilt a strong track record in successful project delivery\nExperienced in using SaaS-based project tools (Jira, DevRev, Project Management Tools, OnRamp)\nDeveloped extensive collaboration and communication skills\nDelivered complex implementations into SMB and Enterprise business markets\nAcquired strong resilience and influencing capabilities\nKnow how to have fun\nYour Voice, Unfiltered:\nWe value the real you.
