Working closely with the team members, you will help sessions come together on time and give participants a well-organized experience. This role suits a detail-oriented, service-minded problem solver who wants to build a career in talent development.\nWHAT YOU WILL DO\nProgram Support\nSupport logistics and management of our learning programs and events, including scheduling, calendar invitations, rooms, technology, catering, travel, and printed materials.\nHelp track program tasks and deadlines and keep team trackers up to date.\nCoordinate participant details such as registrations, attendance, and follow-up.\nAssist with vendor coordination, including gathering information and scheduling.\nLearning Technology\nAssist with day-to-day tasks in our Learning Management System, such as enrollments, attendance, and completion records.\nPull basic participation and completion reports when requested.\nHelp build surveys and compile feedback results.\nWork in SharePoint, Viva Learning, and other tools as needed, including AI tools that help the team work efficiently.\nMaterials and Communications\nDraft program communications, including invitations, reminders, and follow-ups.\nDesign and format participant materials, handouts, and presentations working with teammates and subject matter experts, and outside partners.\nCreate simple visuals and promotional flyers for programs.\nSession Support\nHelp set up live, virtual, and hybrid sessions, and assist facilitators and participants during programs.\nFacilitate sessions as needed\nCoordinate recurring employee engagement and cultural activities.\nContinuous Improvement\nSuggest process improvements that help the team work more efficiently.\nWHAT YOU BRING\nRequired\nBachelor’s degree\n1 to 2 years of working experience in learning and development, HR, or organizational development. Alternatively, event planning and administrative roles that have experience in learning and development projects.\nStrong Microsoft Office skills, especially Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook, and Teams\nClear writing and strong attention to detail\nProven project management skills and ability to manage multiple requests and deadlines in a fast-paced environment\nPreferred\nExperience using a Learning Management System\nInterest or coursework in learning and development, education, or organizational psychology\nFamiliarity with survey tools, data entry, and basic analysis\nFamiliarity with design, video, or e-learning tools such as Canva, Adobe design suite, or Articulate 360\nComfort using generative AI tools such as Microsoft Copilot\nExperience in professional services, engineering, or another technical environment\nABOUT TALENT DEVELOPMENT\nOur Talent Development team designs and delivers the programs that build technical client skills, and leadership across SGH. The actual salary offered will be based on several factors including the candidate’s experience, qualifications and work location.\nBase salary is a part of SGH’s industry leading Total Compensation package.
