As an Associate Inside Sales Representative, you will be responsible for servicing the customer by handling all types of customer problems and request as well as processing orders. You will be training on our products in order to answer customer questions as well.\nWHAT YOU’LL BE DOING (% of Time)\nAnswering the queue phone and providing customers with requested information including pricing and ship dates. Input orders into the computer. (80%)\nProvide technical help when able. (20%)\nDESIRED SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE\nIf you can do everything listed above, you’ve got what it takes. Perhaps some of the following would be helpful too:\nHigh School Diploma or General Education Degree (GED) is required.\nCustomer service experience a plus.\nComputer Skills: Proficiency with Outlook, excel, MS Word, and similar computer programs.\nAccountability & Dependability: Able to consistently demonstrate reliable, punctual attendance.\nMathematical Reasoning: Able to add, subtract, multiply, and divide whole numbers, fractions, percentages and decimal equivalents.\nReading Comprehension: Able to read and write simple correspondence and able to follow instructions.\nAnalysis / Reasoning: Able to interpret a variety of instructions furnished in written, oral, diagram, or schedule form.\nCustomer Focus: Ability to quickly and effectively solve customer problems.\nCommunication: Able to communicate one-on-one and in small group settings and in a team atmosphere.\nTRAVEL REQUIRED\nThis job does not normally require travel, but it may come up for training purposes.\nWORK STATUS & LOCATION\nThis full-time, non-exempt position is located in Columbus, OH.\nRELOCATION\nRelocation is not available for this position.\nPAY\n$19.38 - $29.09 / hour\nPHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS AND WORK ENVIRONMENT\nThe physical demands and work environment characteristics described here are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this job.
