The Quality Technician plays a key role in maintaining product quality and promoting a strong quality culture within the company.\nResponsibilities:\nWork closely with Quality and Regulatory Management to ensure that all quality and regulatory requirements are met.\n\nPerform receiving inspections to ensure incoming materials meet specified quality standards.\n\nConduct in-process inspections to verify that products comply with specifications throughout the manufacturing process.\n\nManage non-conforming materials, including documentation, segregation, and disposition in accordance with company procedures.\n\nEnsure the completion and documentation of gage calibration activities, ensuring all measurement tools and equipment are properly calibrated.\n\nMaintain accurate records of inspections, calibrations, and quality-related data to support compliance with regulatory and quality standards.\n\nAssist in resolving quality issues, working with cross-functional teams to address defects and improve manufacturing processes.\n\nServe as a role model for the company’s quality culture, promoting adherence to quality standards and procedures across the organization.\n\nCollaborate with suppliers, contractors, and internal teams to ensure quality issues are addressed and resolved effectively.\n\nPerform tasks and assignments as needed to meet the operational needs of the business, including supporting special projects and continuous improvement initiatives.\n\nRequirements:\nMinimum of 3 years of experience in quality control or quality assurance in a manufacturing environment (preferred).\n\nFamiliarity with quality inspection methods, including receiving and in-process inspections, and managing non-conforming materials.\n\nUnderstanding of calibration requirements and the ability to maintain gage calibration records.\n\nStrong attention to detail with excellent organizational skills.\n\nAbility to communicate effectively with cross-functional teams, contractors, suppliers, and customers.\n\nProficiency in quality management software and tools is a plus.\n\nStrong problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and resolve quality issues.\n\nAbility to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team environment.\n\nPhysical Requirements:\nThe physical demands described here are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this job.
