Selected candidates can look forward to attractive income, potential and rewarding career prospects plus growth opportunities.\n\nKey Responsibilities\nCommunicate with the various product teams to empathize and understand the ask (objective)before driving and formulating the best solution, working with internal teams where required.\nFormulate strategies that take into consideration both the business and company's objectives.\nLead interviews and/or user journey sessions with product teams.\nFacilitate discussions between the various product and internal teams.\nWork with the Project Manager and Product Owner on risk identification, assessment and management.\nReport, update and (where necessary) persuade/negotiate key stakeholders to align with business objectives and strategy.\nTranslate business requirements into functional requirements or user stories in a product backlog.\nCreate test strategies, processes and automation to incrementally ensure development is on track and aligned with functional requirements.\nLead User Acceptance Testing (UAT) to ensure all functional requirements are met.\nCreate functional requirement specifications, training guides, user manuals and other related documentation to maintain knowledge throughout the project life cycle.\nRun workshops and training sessions.\nKey Requirements\nA bachelor's Degree/ Diploma or above with a computer science related major.\nAround 3 years’ experience in project management and/or business analyst or equivalent roles.\nProven track record in managing enterprise level systems – with at least 1 full product development cycle.\nStrong web application design capability and ability to understand user experience.\nStrong analytical, conceptualization and problem-solving skills.\nGood communication skills with the ability to pitch ideas and influence.\nA driven and motivated personality with an inquisitive mind.\nAbility to learn, apply and adapt.\nThe following will be advantageous:\nKnowledge and experience in cloud architecture (AWS, Azure, etc.) design and setup.\nScrumMaster and/or Product Owner certification or equivalent.\nPast development or consulting experience.\nKnowledge or experience in at least one of the following areas (enterprise Content Management Systems, content curation, knowledge management and service design)\nSkills\nInfluencing Key Stakeholders, Analytical Approach, Automation Management in Product Development, UAT, Scrum, User Stories, Agile, Product Development Cycle, Driving, Project Risk Management, Computer Science, Achieve
