Selected candidates can look forward to attractive income, potential and rewarding career prospects plus growth opportunities.\n\nResponsibilities:\nA) Project Planning\nWork with stakeholders to define project goals, objectives, and deliverables.\nDevelop detailed project plans, schedules, and timelines for tasks.\nIdentify and assign the necessary resources, including personnel, equipment, and budget.\nIdentify, plan and manage project compliance requirements.\nEffectively applies project methodology and enforces project standards.\nB) Execution\nMonitoring project progress and timeline and be able to navigate around unforeseen delays or setbacks.\nTrack project progress against project plans and adjust where necessary.\nIdentifying roadblocks and addressing issues promptly.\nC) Change Management\nEnsures all project documentation are completed, updated, and archived appropriately.\nConduct user training after the product development is completed to facilitate with Change Management.\nCommunication and Stakeholder Management. Serve as the main point of contact, keeping stakeholders, clients, and team managers informed. Prepare and present reports on project progress, problems, and solutions.\nDirect, motivate, and support the project team to ensure tasks are completed efficiently.\nEncouraging continuous feedback loops to refine processes and deliverables.\nEnsuring timely risk management and resolution of impediments.\nIdentify potential risks, develop mitigation strategies, and manage issues as they arise.\nQuality Management - Lead quality assurance efforts and troubleshoot issues to maintain high-quality deliverables. Develop System Acceptance Test Plans to ensure QA/QC\nDevelop test scripts for both System Integration Testing (SIT) and User Acceptance Testing (UAT).\nD) Business Analyst\nElicit, analyze, and document business and technical requirements from stakeholders.\nCollaborating with stakeholders to gather, translate and prioritize requirements.\nE) SCRUM Master \nEnsures that Scrum ceremonies like the daily scrum, sprint planning, sprint review, and retrospective are conducted effectively and add value to the team.\nIdentifies and removes any obstacles or roadblocks that are hindering the team's progress.\nF) Incident Management\nDerive/create and modify/adapt incident management processes for different projects.\nDocument and log incidents then create trends to monitor the progress and health of a project/system.\nG) Change Request Management\nDerive/create and modify/adapt Change Request processes for different projects. \nConduct impact assessment on Change Requests to understand the purpose of the change, assess if it is aligned with the direction/aim of the System then advise accordingly.\nWork with respective teams to create the Scope of Works and quote accordingly.\nRequirements:\nDegree/Diploma in Information Technology/Computer Science or related disciplines.\nMinimum of 4 years' Project Management experience in IT web application-based projects.\nMinimum of 1 year experience in Enterprise Content Management (CMS) systems like Sitefinity, SharePoint, or Sitecore.\nHands on experience performing content inventory and content stock take activities.\nManaged at least 2 full project development life cycle using Agile methodology.\nStrong analytical, conceptualization and interpersonal ability.\nStrong presentation skills, both written and verbal, to positively influence key stakeholders.\nAbility to work effectively and independently under pressure and prioritize effectively to meet tight deadlines.\nWorking experience in Contract Management.\nPleasant personality& strong sense of responsibility and ownership.\nProficient in the use MS Office for Project Management; MS Excel, MS PowerPoint, MS Word, MS Visio, MS Project. \nProject Management related certifications like CITPM, COMIT or PMP. Agile related certifications like Certified SCRUM Master. Enterprise CMS certifications like SharePoint Administrator, Sitefinity Administrator, etc. Cloud related certifications on AWS or Azure.
