It's not glamorous work, but done well it's the difference between a pipeline that compounds and one that leaks.\nWhat you'll do\nOwn inbound lead flow: capture, deduplicate, enrich, and route leads so nothing falls through\n\nBuild and maintain lead scoring and segmentation rules, then refine them as we learn what converts\n\nKeep our CRM and GTM tooling clean and trustworthy, since every downstream decision depends on it\n\nBuild the funnel reporting the team actually reads: weekly conversion, stage drop-off, and channel efficiency\n\nAutomate repetitive GTM work using no-code tools and light scripting\n\nInstrument outbound sequences and campaigns so results can be measured and compared\n\nTurn one-off manual tasks into reusable systems that keep working after you've moved on\n\nYou might be a fit if\nYou're pursuing a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business, Economics, Information Systems, or a related field, or equivalent experience\n\nYou've worked with CRM, automation, or analytics tooling, whether HubSpot, Salesforce, Zapier, Airtable, or similar\n\nYou're comfortable with spreadsheets at a serious level, and you know some SQL or Python or want to learn\n\nYou think in systems: you'd rather build the process once than do the task ten times\n\nYou're data-informed and understand the basics of funnels and attribution\n\nYou're detail-oriented, because bad data quietly breaks everything downstream\n\nBonus: experience building dashboards, or prior ops work at a
