You'll be the go-to person for our Palo Alto HQ - owning day-to-day operations, supporting our team through the full employee lifecycle, and keeping things organized behind the scenes.\nWhat you'll do\nOwn office management: facilities, supplies, vendor relationships, and making sure the space works well for the team\n\nRun payroll processing and coordinate with our external providers to make sure everyone gets paid accurately and on time\n\nManage onboarding and offboarding end-to-end: equipment setup, account access, first-day logistics, and exit processes\n\nMaintain employee records, HR documentation, and compliance requirements across multiple jurisdictions\n\nSupport benefits administration and coordinate with insurance and payroll vendors\n\nAssist with recruiting coordination when needed: scheduling interviews, communicating with candidates, keeping pipelines organized\n\nIdentify and improve operational workflows - if something is manual and repetitive, you'll want to fix it\n\nYou might be a fit if\n2-4 years of experience in People Ops, HR, office management, or a similar generalist role\n\nBachelor's degree in Business, HR, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience\n\nYou're organized, reliable, and comfortable owning things without a lot of hand-holding\n\nYou have experience with payroll tools and HRIS systems\n\nYou're good at juggling multiple priorities and keeping track of a lot of moving parts\n\nYou're based in or willing to relocate to the Bay Area\n\nBonus\nExperience at an early-stage startup.
