This role is about people and adoption first. You'll help teams across the whole company, not just Product and Engineering, understand and use AI effectively, whether that's a new AI-powered capability in the platform or a new way of working within a team's day-to-day process. You'll need genuine comfort with AI tools and how they get built, but what makes this role work is the ability to teach, translate, and drive change with people who aren't technical.\nResponsibilities\nAdoption and enablement (primary focus)\nLead the rollout of new AI tools and workflows to teams across the company\nDesign and deliver training sessions tailored to every function, from engineers to sales to finance to operations\nAct as the go-to resource for teams adopting new AI capabilities or processes, providing hands-on support and troubleshooting\nMonitor adoption across the organization and report on what's landing, what's stalling, and why\nBuild documentation, playbooks, and best practices that make adoption repeatable rather than one-off\nPresent findings and recommendations to stakeholders and leadership, including quantifying business impact\nServe as an internal advocate and translator, connecting what's technically possible with what teams actually need\nProduct involvement\nSupport product and engineering teams in identifying where AI can improve either the product itself or how it gets built\nHelp pilot new AI-assisted tools or workflows on real projects, gathering feedback from the people using them\nStay current on AI developments relevant to both the product and the broader company, and flag opportunities to the team\nQualifications\nBachelor's degree in any field; Business, Communications, Marketing, Computer Science, Data Science, or related fields are all relevant\n0-2 years of professional experience (internships, campus leadership, personal projects, and coursework all count)\nHas built something real with AI tools, ideally a web app, dashboard, or working prototype, whether through coursework, a personal project, or a hackathon\nComfort working with data and numbers: pulling data together, manipulating it, drawing conclusions from it\nPython or other coding experience is a plus but not required\nStrong interpersonal and communication skills, with genuine comfort presenting to and training people at every level, from individual contributors to executives\nA track record of organizing people or projects: leading a group, running an event, managing a team effort, teaching or tutoring others\nComfort with ambiguity and a self-starter mentality, able to figure things out without heavy direction\nStrong writing skills for documentation and training materials\nEmpathy for how people actually work day to day, and patience for helping them change habits\nThis role offers a rare opportunity for someone this early in their career: the chance to shape how an entire company adopts AI, working closely with Product leadership while building real skills in change management, training, and cross-functional influence.
