US Citizenship is required to obtain a clearance.\nRequirements\n4+ years of experience\nExperience supporting systems engineering activities including requirements development, specification management, systems integration, and design verification.\nAbility to develop, analyze, and maintain system requirements, interface documentation, and engineering baselines while ensuring traceability throughout the program lifecycle.\nExperience supporting radar systems, sensor technologies, Navy combat systems, or other complex defense systems is preferred.\nExperience using engineering models and simulations to assess system performance, validate requirements, and support engineering decisions.\nExperience planning, coordinating, or executing system testing, analyzing performance data, and supporting laboratory or integration testing activities. \nFamiliarity with MBSE tools, processes, and methodologies used to support system design and integration.\nAbility to work closely with government engineers and multidisciplinary teams to support system integration, technical reviews, and program execution.\nResponsibilities\nDevelop and execute systems engineering plans.\nCreate and maintain system requirements, specifications, and interface documentation.\nSupport system architecture, requirements decomposition, and hardware/software allocation.\nPerform modeling, simulation, and system performance analysis.\nParticipate in system integration, verification, and testing activities.\nDevelop test plans and analyze system performance using MATLAB and laboratory tools.\nEducation\nMinimum of a BS/BA in a STEM field from an accredited University or College (Specifically, A Bachelor’s degree from an a school of engineering with at least one curriculum accredited by the Accreditation Board for Engineering and Technology (ABET) as a professional engineering curriculum in one of the following fields: Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineer, Electronics Engineering; or A Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university in one of the following fields of study: Mathematics, Computer Science, or Physics)Compensation\nCompensation at SimVentions is determined by a number of factors, including, but not limited to, the candidate’s experience, education, training, security clearance, work location, skills, knowledge, and competencies, as well as alignment with our corporate compensation plan and contract specific requirements.\nThe projected annual compensation range for this position is $102,000 - $147,000 (USD).
