and agent-based simulation models to evaluate client operations, processes, and proposed solutions. \nCollect, validate, and analyze data while detailing model assumptions and functional specifications based on client needs. \nAnalyze model outputs and develop practical insights and recommendations. \nWork as part of an agile project team to deliver simulation projects. \nPresent results to technical and non-technical stakeholders. \nProvide training and support to the client throughput project delivery. \nContribute to the continued development of SimWell’s simulation practices, tools, and delivery methods. \nMinimum Requirements\nMUST HAVE\n3 + years of experience developing Simio simulation models and working on simulation projects utilizing Simio \n 3 + years of experience with simulation \nStrong understanding of simulation modeling principles and approaches. \nMinimum of a bachelor’s degree in industrial engineering, operations research, or similar field \nA flexible, collaborative teammate comfortable working in a team oriented, fast paced, virtual environment \nEffective and strong problem-solving skills \nObject oriented programming skills (Java, Python, etc.) \nStrong communication skills (both verbal and written) \nPREFERRED\nProfessional proficiency in English and either Spanish or French. \nNICE TO HAVE\nExperience with manufacturing
