It ensures consistent billing processes across markets while enabling opportunities for automation, improving efficiency, accuracy, and overall control.\nReporting to the Billing Manager, the Billing Analyst is responsible for supporting and managing day-to-day billing operations, ensuring the accurate, timely, and efficient processing of billing activities across the Group. The role plays a critical part in maintaining billing accuracy, compliance, and operational excellence.\nWhat do you do in the role?\nPreparing and processing customer invoices (Manual or System generated).\nEnsuring billing is accurate and aligned with contracts, pricing, and agreed terms.\nReviewing and validating usage / billing data prior to invoice generation.\nManaging recurring billing cycles and ad-hoc invoicing requirements.\nInvestigating and resolving billing discrepancies and customer queries.\nPerforming reconciliations between billing data and financial records.\nMonitoring billing timelines to ensure invoices are issued within required timeframes.\nSupporting revenue recognition processes where applicable.\nMaintaining and updating customer billing details in the finance system.\nAssisting with reporting and analysis of billing and revenue data.\nWhat experience you need to bring with you?\n3 to 5+ years of experience in a billing, accounts receivable, or finance-related role\nProven experience handling high-volume data processing with strong accuracy and attention to detail, ideally within a finance environment\nExperience working in a multinational or global business environment\nFamiliarity with international billing processes and systems\nDegree in Commerce, Finance, or a related discipline\nStrong attention to detail with a focus on accuracy and data integrity\nAbility to manage multiple priorities and meet tight deadlines\nAdvanced Excel skills for data analysis and reporting\nSelf-motivated with the ability to work independently and manage deliverables\nStrong stakeholder management and communication skills\nSolid understanding of processes and internal controls\nHow success will be measured?\nAll billing activities are completed accurately and within established timeframes\nInvoices are generated and issued promptly in line with agreed schedules and billing cycles\nMinimal customer queries or escalations relating to billing accuracy or delays\nBilling data is accurately recorded, enabling smooth reconciliation by the Financial Reporting Team without errors\nStrong collaboration with internal and external stakeholders, ensuring timely resolution of billing-related issues\nCustomer billing records are maintained accurately and kept up to date\nConsistent contribution to Automation or identified projects\nOngoing identification and implementation of process improvements within billing operations\nWhat we promise to give you?\nHealth Insurance benefit.\nAccess to our Employee Assistance Program\nCab support for the EMEA & US shifts\nSinch Values:\nDream Big - We make the impossible possible by dreaming big to solve our customers’ problems and improve their businesses.
