of customer requirements \nTrack project activities, dependencies, and delivery timelines \nEnsure customer priorities are aligned with execution plans \nTechnical Consultation\nProvide functional and technical guidance during implementation discussions \nUnderstand integration requirements, APIs, workflows, and system dependencies \nWork with teams developing solutions using low-code platforms, React, Node.js, Python, and related technologies \nClient Communication & Stakeholder Management\nAct as the primary coordination point for customer interactions during implementation phases \nProvide project updates, implementation status, and issue resolution support \nManage customer expectations and ensure smooth communication across stakeholders \nTesting & Solution Validation\nCoordinate solution validation and UAT activities with customers \nEnsure implemented solutions meet agreed business requirements \nProcess Improvement & Adoption\nIdentify opportunities to improve implementation processes and customer onboarding experience \nSupport adoption of AI-assisted workflows and automation approaches where applicable \nRequired Qualifications\nEducation\nB.E. / B.Tech in Computer Science, IT, Electronics, or related field \nExperience\n4 to 8 years of experience in implementation, application delivery, technical consulting, or customer-facing technology roles\nRequired Skills & Knowledge\nStrong customer communication and requirement gathering skills \nGood understanding of application development lifecycle and implementation processes \nFamiliarity with low-code/no-code platforms such as n8n and Node-RED \nWorking knowledge of React, Node.js, APIs, MySQL, and system integrations \nAbility to understand technical discussions and coordinate with engineering teams \nStrong business understanding and solution-oriented thinking \nGood analytical and logical problem-solving skills \nExperience in customer-facing technical discussions and stakeholder management\nPreferred Skills\nExposure to AI tools, automation workflows, or Agentic AI frameworks such as LangChain \nExperience working in product-based or SaaS implementation
