These values are our foundation!\nDESCRIPTION\nWe're looking for a hands-on engineer with a solid networking background to join our Global Infrastructure team. You'll be responsible for supporting and maintaining our enterprise network, cloud networking, VPN connectivity, and Zscaler environment. This is a hands-on engineering role focused on troubleshooting, operational support, and continuous improvements while working closely with Infrastructure and Security teams.\nStrong English communication skills are important, as you'll collaborate with colleagues across multiple regions.\nMAIN RESPONSABILITIES:\nParticipate in the teams’on call rotation.\n\nAct as 3rd line support for networking, VPN, cloud networking, and Zscaler related incidents and service requests.\n\nConfigure, maintain, and troubleshoot VPN connectivity and Zscaler services.\n\nSupport networking in AWS and Azure, including VPC/VNetconnectivity and related infrastructure.\n\nTroubleshoot network connectivity issues and work with other teams to resolve incidents.\n\nCreate and maintain technical documentation.\n\nContribute to continuous improvements and operational excellence within the team.\n\nREQUIREMENTS\nGood understanding of enterprise networking fundamentals, including TCP/IP, routing, switching, DNS, DHCP, NAT, VLANs, and network troubleshooting.\n\nExperience configuring, maintaining, and troubleshooting VPN solutions, including IPsec VPN, site-to-site VPN, and remote access VPN.\n\nUnderstanding ofVPN authentication, certificates, encryption, and secure connectivity.\n\nExperience working with AWS or Azure, including VPC/VNet, routing, VPN connectivity, and general cloud networking.\n\nAbility to troubleshoot connectivity issues across premises and cloud environments.\n\nExperience with Zscaler (ZIA/ZPA), either supporting the platform, maintaining it, or participating in a migration. This is a key requirement for the role.\n\nGood understanding of networking best practices and basic security concepts.\n\nStrong English communication skills and the ability to collaborate in a global team.\n\nNice to Have:\nExperience with enterprise firewalls such as Palo Alto or Cisco.\n\nExperience with office and branch networking, including solutions such as Cisco Meraki.\n\nExperience with hybrid networking.\n\nFamiliarity with Terraform or network automation.\n\nExperience with SASE technologies.\n\nOUR HIRING PROCESS\nWe are committed to ensuring a recruitment process that is fair, objective, consistent, and inclusive.
